Paula Jean is a daughter of a coal minor in West Virginia who ran for Senate, and vowed to raise 6 tons of hell upon winning the seat. Schaumburg Area Progressives got many hands on deck to try to flip the Senate with a progressive. We held 7 phonebanks, sent over 1,000 texts, mobilized 14 volunteers to back the progressive candidate, made 1,792 calls, and together raised $163.
