How the 99% Work Together
To Achieve our Vision
Co-Chairs- Maintain vision of overall organization, align program champion’s visions with organization’s vision, help program champions find resources achieve visions.

Program Champion- Create & maintain the vision of a particular initiative, define projects that are under that initiative, align those projects with the initiative’s vision, and determining the resources needed to achieve that vision (time, money, resources, volunteers), partake in relevant exec team meetings, guide project managers.
​
Project Manager - execute one (or more) individual project(s) within an initiative, hold a vision of a particular project, guide volunteers within the project.
​
Volunteer - the work force on the ground, whom without no initiative would be possible, guided by project managers. They are responsible for holding the vision of that particular task.
​
***Every member is responsible for maintaining the vision for what their job is.
